Helping Hands
This ministry
provides temporary help to those of our community in need and will try to
reach out to them whenever the need exists.
The help is provided in the
following areas:
- Home Services
- Temporary or emergency home-making skills, sitting with disabled or
elderly.
- Food Services
- Preparation and delivery of meals and/or food shopping.
- Transportation
- For elderly, handicapped and others in need of transportation to church
worship services, medical appointments or other essential destinations
(Persons requesting help must be able to walk.)
- Special Services
- A wide range of services, such as working in the Soup Kitchen, availability
of a registered nurse, etc.
