Saint Vincent de Paul Society

Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month,
at 7:00 PM in Room “C” in the Church Basement.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, is an international Catholic organization of lay persons who, in a spirit of justice and charity and by person-to-person involvement, seek to help any who are in need.

Services provided by the society are of several different natures:

  • Financial help is provided on a short term basis to any needy person, regardless of race, religion or nationality.
  • Information and referral services are offered to the clients on an individual basis.
  • The lonely and aged are visited and made to feel a part of the society family.
  • The society provides support to social justice causes, both locally and on a larger scale.

The organization is open to all men and women of the parish. There is a need for members of all age groups. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Religious Education Center.

For more information about the society or about membership in it, please call the rectory at (401) 333-6060.
