FAITH FORMATION

Faith Formation is an uplifting program for the youth of our parish to engage and come to know Jesus

in a real way. Through instructor led classes and approved programs we continue with the sharing of the faith

between youth and adults in our church.

OUR CLASSES

Our classes are held on church grounds for grades 2-9. Children in grade 1 participate in a home program one on one with their parents.

Catholic school children need to enroll in our program for sacramental years (grades 2, 3, 8, and 9). A complete schedule of days and times can be found in the Program Overview.

We also extend a welcome to adults seeking to become full members of the church through our R.C.I.A. Program.

REGISTRATION

Registration for our youth programs occurs in the spring.  Download a copy of the registration form and mail it to the parish office with your payment or pay online. If you are new to our parish and need help registering  please contact our office directly. New students must provide a copy of his/her Baptism Certificate if not baptized at St. John Vianney Church. For more information, please refer to the program overview.

SAFETY IN OUR COMMUNITY

St. John Vianney is proud to work with the Diocese of Providence  and public agencies to ensure the safety of all students.

The Circle of Grace program educates and empowers children and young people to actively participate in a safe environment for themselves and others.

Please note that every volunteer, teacher, coach, moderator and staff member must have clearance to participate in any and all school activities, events or experience where children are present.
